6) Rust Preventive Oils : - |
| Lawas Antirust DW – 90 / 74 / 76 these is superior quality rust preventive specially quality designed for protecting all types of bearing as well as metal sheets and components for extended duration. It san also used for inter process treatment as well as for application on the precision parts as the packaging stage. This product consist of film forming ingredients, rust inhibitors and water displacing additives in solvent on evaporation of the solvent, thin, soft film is obtained. |
7) Quenching Oils : - |
| Lawas Quenchomat – 11 / 12 this oil is used for general purpose fast application containing special type of additive which gives accelerated quenching properties to the oil, good oxidation and thermal stability, high fluidity and low volatility. This is a specially formulated quenching oil blended from supreme quality base stocks and high quality fatty oil, with excellent wetting characteristics and has a higher quenching speed. It is recommended for quenching high – speed tools, Ball Bearings, nuts and bolts. |
8) Thermic Fluid Oils : - |
| Lawas Thermic – L/ M / H this is a Thermic fluid used in indirect form of heating systems in processing industries and is recommended for well designed heat transfer system upto 285º C. This oil has good oxidation and chemical stability, low volatility and it is non – corrosive and non – toxic. |
9) Rubber Process Oils : - |
| a) Lawas Rubbrol – 71 this is a dark colour aromatic type mineral oil having excellent solvency use in the manufactures of automobiles tyres, belting and battery cases etc. |
| b) Lawas Rubbrol – 45 it is a light colored paraffinic type of oil having excellent colour stability and high flash point good temperature properties recommended for the processing light colors rubber goods. |
c) Lawas Rubbrol – 41 this is a Naphthenic type of RPO having better solvency properties it is used for the manufactures of tyres, tubes, mats and foot wears. etc. |
10) Metal Drawing Fluid Oil : - |
| Lawas Pressmat R – 30 / 50 / 150 / 180 /220 / 800 these series are specially developed for the metal forming process which includes operation like pressings, electro stamping, deep drawing, tube drawing and forging. During this opearion considerable amount of heat and stress are developed. Our stamping oils grades are tailor made to satisfy the various requirements included in metal drawing / forging operation. This oil is highly cost effective, as the rust preventive additive is included. And so there is no need of any extra preventives after the operation for a short period. Lawas Pressmat R – 30 & 50 products are widely used in electro stamping and it gives a very good result against any imported products. |
