SPECILTY LUBRICANTS : -

1) Soluble Cutting Oils -

Lawas Solcut - 400 / 600 these are soluble oils, form a stable milky white emulsion with water of normal hardness. It contains a rust inhibitor in an emulsified form and anti- oxidant to import anti- corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which imparts excellent surface finish and minimizes tool wear. Lawas Solcut – 400 / 600 is normally used in concentration of 5% and as per operation demand. The oil should be added to the water for stable emulsion. They are recommended for all cutting and grinding operations where soluble oils are applicable. Lawas Solcut - 400 / 600 meets BIS 1115-1986 specifications.

Lawas Solcut – 600 works up to 800ppm Water hardness.

2) Synthetic Cutting Oils : -

Lawas Synth – 40 is Synthetic type coolant intended for use on ferrous metels and its chemical formula is angled to over come any difficulties in the cutting and grinding of Cast Iron with soluble media. A reliable small amount of EP additives is present so that a high surface finish can be achieved. Lawas Synth – 40 is ideally suited for machining and grinding of Cast Iron. They are the right choice for production grinding where wheel grains must cut continuously without any trace of burn marks. These products can be used for light duty machining operations.

3) Neat Cutting Oils : -

Lawas Metacut – 14 / 23 / 45 / 55 is neat cutting oils blended from high VI oils and contains sulpharised fatty material to give better surface finish and longer cutting tools life over a wide range of operation temperature. The oil is recommended for machining operation gear cutting, hobbling, drilling/ reaming and thread cutting machines.

4) Honing Oils : -

Lawas Honmat – 25 / 30 these products are a blend of specially selected low viscosity mineral oils and additives. They are recommended for honing, drilling, boring and milling operations on high –speed machines.

5) Broaching Oils : -

Lawas Brochmat – 33 / 44 / 55 these product containing active sulphur, chorine and additives. It is suitable for broaching operations. These products ensure excellent heat dissipation and long broach life.
